Personal Information

1. On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
2. Click Manage Account
3. Scroll down to Personal Information
4.  In the Preferred Name textbox, enter in your preferred name you go by in everyday life
5. In the First and Middle Name(s) textbox, enter in your first and middle name
   1. If you are unable to edit these names that means we have verified you and are unable to edit your information. 
6. In the Last Name textbox, enter in your last name
7. Click Save Personal Info

Phone Number

How to add your phone number 

1. On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
2. Click Manage Account
3. Scroll down to Phone Number, click the Add Phone Number text link
4. In the Phone Number text box, enter your phone number
5. Click Confirm
6. Select how you would like to verify your phone number, click Send Now
   1. SMS - We will send you a text to verify your phone number
   2. Call - We will call you to verify your phone number
7. Enter in the verification code into the Verification Code text box
   1. If you do not receive the code click Resend
8. Click Continue

Your phone number has been added to your OneFeather

How to update your phone number

1. On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
2. Click Manage Account
3. Scroll down to Phone Number, click the trash icon to the right of your phone number
4. Confirm you want to remove your phone number from your OneFeather account by clicking OK
   1. If you do not wish to delete your number, click Cancel
5. click the Add Phone Number text link
6. In the Phone Number text box, enter your phone number
7. Click Confirm
8. Select how you would like to verify your phone number, click Send Now
   1. SMS - We will send you a text to verify your phone number
   2. Call - We will call you to verify your phone number
9. Enter in the verification code into the Verification Code text box
   1. If you do not receive the code click Resend
10. Click Continue

Your updated phone number has been added to your OneFeather

How to delete your phone number

1. On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
2. Click Manage Account
3. Scroll down to Phone Number, click the trash icon to the right of your phone number
4. Confirm you want to remove your phone number from your OneFeather account by clicking OK
   1. If you do not wish to delete your number, click Cancel

Your phone number has been deleted from your account.

Addresses

How to add your address

1. On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
2. Click Manage Account
3. Scroll down to Home Address, click Add Address
4. In the Country dropdown, select if your address is in Canada or USA
5. In the Street box, enter your street address
6. In the City box, enter your city
7. In the Province or State box, enter your province's or state's two-character abbreviation (E.g. British Columbia would be abbreviated to BC)
8. In the Postal Code or Zip Code box, enter your postal or zip code.
9. If your address is on reserve, check the On Reserve checkbox
10. If your home and mailing address is the same, check the My home and mailing addresses are the same checkbox, if not continue to the next step
11. Add your mailing address where you get your mail the same as the home address
12. Click Save

Your home and mailing address has been added your OneFeather account

How to update your address

1. On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
2. Click Manage Account
3. Scroll down to Home Address, click Update Address
4. In the Country dropdown, select if your address is in Canada or USA
5. In the Street box, enter your street address
6. In the City box, enter your city
7. In the Province or State box, enter your province's or state's two-character abbreviation (E.g. British Columbia would be abbreviated to BC)
8. In the Postal Code or Zip Code box, enter your postal or zip code.
9. If your address is on reserve, check the On Reserve checkbox
10. If your home and mailing address is the same, check the My home and mailing addresses are the same checkbox, if not continue to the next step
11. Add your mailing address where you get your mail the same as the home address
12. Click Save

How to delete your address

At this time, it is not possible to delete the address that has been added to your account, you may update the address.
