ATM withdrawals in Canada will incur a fee of $1.95.
International withdrawals will incur a fee of $4.95.
You will be charged a fee of $0.50 for any declined ATM transactions.
The maximum amount you may withdraw within a 24 hour period is $500 and the maximum number of ATM withdrawals allowed during this period is TWO.
Is it possible to use OneFeather PAY card for foreign currency transactions?
Yes. All foreign currency transactions will incur a fee of 2.5%.
Transactions made in a foreign currency are converted to Canadian dollars using the Mastercard Conversion Rate in effect on the day the transaction is posted to the OneFeather PAY card. The Mastercard Conversion Rate in effect on the posting date may differ from the rate in effect on the date of the transaction. However, if a foreign currency transaction is refunded to the card, the Mastercard Conversion Rate used to convert your refund to Canadian dollars for the card is the rate that we pay to Mastercard minus the Foreign exchange charge. Additionally, the rate that we pay to Mastercard may not be the same as the rate that existed on the date the transaction was refunded. For these reasons, the amount that is credited to the card for a refund of a foreign currency transaction will, in most cases, be less than the amount that was originally charged to the card for that transaction.
I have made a purchase with my OneFeather PAY card. I have been informed that it was declined however it seems to have been taken from my card. What do I do?
This is most likely a pre-authorization. A pre-authorization is essentially a temporary hold placed by a merchant on a customer’s card and reserves funds for a future payment transaction. This hold typically lasts about seven business days. If your funds have not been made available on your card after this period has elapsed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist.
Where can I see transactions or charges made on my OneFeather PAY card?
You can view all activity relating to your OneFeather PAY card transactions using OneFeather APP. Go to “Banking” and select the transaction history option at the top right of the screen. If you need more information on specific transactions, please contact us at email@example.com
Why is my card is being declined if I have topped up my balance using funds in my OneFeather account?
Be sure you have loaded your OneFeather PAY card with funds from your main OneFeather account with a balance large enough on your OneFeather PAY card to process the transaction. If you need help please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check your account to ensure everything has been set up correctly.
What are my Card Limits?
As this is a prepaid card, you may only spend the amount that is available on the card balance.
The maximum balance you can hold on your card is $10,000.
The maximum you can spend at a point of sale within a 24 hour period is $5,000.
The maximum number of card transactions you can complete within a 24 hour period is TEN.
The maximum combined amount of ATM withdrawals and card purchases within a 24 hour period is $5,000.
