Lost or Stolen OneFeather Pay Card
In the event your card has been stolen or misplaced you can use your OneFeather APP Visit the banking section and you will see an option to lock your card. This will prevent any new transactions from being made on the card. Once that is done, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with further assistance.
To replace your card there is a $20 fee to issue you a new replacement card.
How long will it take for my OneFeather Pay card to arrive after I have requested it?
In general, we expect that your card should arrive within 21 business days (business days are Monday to Friday). If your card has not arrived within 4 weeks after you requested it please contact us at email@example.com
Can I use my OneFeather Pay card for online or in-person transactions?
Yes. OneFeather Pay card is a prepaid card that can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted, including online, and point of sale retail merchants, subject to the terms of the Agreement.
Can I withdraw cash from an ATM using my OneFeather Pay card?
Yes. Your OneFeather Pay card is accepted at ATMs with the Cirrus logo on them. Note that there will be fees to withdraw cash.
What happens if I need to return an item?
Each merchant location has its return policies and will handle returns in the same manner as any other Mastercard transaction. They may credit your OneFeather Pay card, provide a cash refund, or provide a store credit.
Does my OneFeather Pay card expire and what happens if there are still funds available?
Yes. It expires on the date printed on the front of your OneFeather Pay card. If there has been activity on your card within 90 days of expiry, then your card will be auto-renewed and funds will be transferred to a new card that will be shipped to you. If your card expires and there was no activity within 90 days before expiry then contact support to request a new card.
Can my OneFeather Pay card be cancelled before the expiry date on the card?
You can lock the card from inside the OneFeather app. This will prevent any purchases from the card. If you change your mind, you can unlock the card from the app and start using it again.
