I didn’t get my voter PIN email, help!

There are several reasons you may not have received, or cannot find your voter PIN email.

 

You haven't signed up for a OneFeather account yet

Go to members.onefeather.ca to create an account now—it only takes a few moments. You will need to have a OneFeather account with a confirmed email address first before you can receive your voter PIN.

 

You have a OneFeather account but haven't connected to your Nation or confirmed your membership yet

To confirm your membership to your Nation:

  1. Log in to your OneFeather account at members.onefeather.ca
  2. In the top right corner, select the User Menu > My Communities
  3. From here you can add your personal details to confirm your membership to your Nation

Once you have confirmed your membership, when the voting event starts you will receive your voter PIN email. If the event is already underway, you'll receive your voter PIN email immediately. You must be eligible to participate in the event, please reach out to the primary voting officer for the event if suspect you are not on the voters list and should be. 

If you experience any difficulties confirming your membership details, please reach out to our Customer Service team for help.

 

You have a OneFeather account and it ended up in your spam/junk folder

Check your junk/spam folder in your email client then add our email address to your safe list to avoid missing important emails from your Nation.

If your junk/spam folder has been emptied and your voter PIN email has been deleted, you can trigger an email resend when you go to vote online at the voter PIN step. If you experience any difficulties with your PIN email, please reach out to our Customer Service team for help.

 

You have multiple OneFeather accounts and it may have been sent to an email address you are no longer using

If this is the case, your current OneFeather account will not allow you to confirm your membership to your Nation. (Only confirmed members who are eligible to participate in the voting event will receive one.) Please reach out to Customer Service for assistance so we can help.
