Send emails directly to all consenting members with a OneFeather account and Nation team members. This tool is perfect for sharing community news, event announcements, general updates, and non-sensitive information. When sending emails to members, you can easily attach any of your existing public documents or upload new ones directly within the email tool.

How to Use the Email Communications Feature
- Log in to OneFeather Nations Portal.
- Click Engagement on the top right of your screen.
- Click Email Communications on the right side of the page.
- Click New Email
- Enter a subject line, then add your content — write a message, select an existing public document or upload a new one.
- When you're ready, click Send Email. The email will be sent to all members with a OneFeather account who have consented to receiving emails and Nation team members.
Note: Due to CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation) limitations, emails can only be sent to members who have OneFeather accounts and have opted in to receive communications. The more community members with OneFeather accounts, the greater your communication reach.

- Log in to OneFeather Nations Portal.
- Click Engagement on the top right of your screen.
- Click Email Communications on the right side of the page.

Scroll down to find Membership Stats at the bottom of the page.
Note: The number shown beside Members currently use OneFeather is the number of members who have OneFeather accounts and have consented to receiving emails from your Nation. This is different than Document Sharing.
