Accept Guarantor request 

1. Open the email with the subject line "You have been asked to be a Guarantor for a Status Card Application!" in your email inbox
2. Click the text link at the bottom of the email "Click here to sign up or log in and view the guarantor request now"
3. Log into your OneFeather account
   
   Note if this does not take you to the guarantor request, please click on the text link in the email again.
   
   
4. Read over the guarantor requirements
5. If you meet the requirements click Accept and Continue 

Decline a guarantor request

Email 

1. Open the email with the subject line "You have been asked to be a Guarantor for a Status Card Application!"
2. Click the text link at the bottom of the email "Click here to decline guarantor request"
3. (Optional) In the Personal Message to Applicant box, enter a personal message to the applicant to let them know why you are rejecting
4. Click Decline Request

In-App

1. Read over the guarantor requirements
2.  If you do not meet the requirements you can click on "Decline and reply"
3. (Optional) In the Personal Message to Applicant box, enter a personal message to the applicant to let them know why you are rejecting
4. Click Decline Request 
   Your request will now be sent back to the application as declined with your personal message.
5. If you want to go back to the request click "Go Back to Guarantor Request"
