How to check status and update your dependent status card applications

How to check your dependent's application status

  1. Log into your OneFeather account
  2. Click Apply Now in the Status Card section in the admin
  3. Scroll down to Applications for Your Dependents
  4. Scroll down to Current Applications

You will now see the list of all of your applications and the current statuses for each. If the application has been fulfilled the application will no longer show. There are a few different statuses that the application can be in:

  1. Incomplete Applicant Information
    • Your application is still incomplete and needs to be finished in order to be reviewed by OneFeather

  2. Guarantor Needed
    • Your application has been completed, but requires a guarantor to be added

  3. Payment required
    • Your application has been completed, but requires payment to continue

  4. Awaiting Application Review
    • Your application is in the queue to be checked by the OneFeather team

  5. Application Needs Changes
    • You need to make a changes to your application in order to meet the requirements of Indigenous Services Canada.

  6. Awaiting Guarantor
    • Application has been completed and reviewed and is now waiting on your guarantor to review and sign your application. 

  7. Submitted to Indigenous Services Canada
    • The application has been fully completed by all parties required and has been submitted to Indigenous Services Canada to be fulfilled.

 

How to update your dependent's application

  1. Click Apply Now in the Status Card section in the admin
  2. Scroll down to Applications for Your Dependents
  3. Scroll down to Current Applications
  4. Click View

You are now inside the application and are able to update any information, as long as it has not already been approved by OneFeather.

 

 

How to delete your dependent's application

Once you delete your dependent's application, we are unable to bring the application.

  1. Click Apply Now in the Status Card section in the admin
  2. Scroll down to Applications for Your Dependents
  3. Scroll down to Current Applications
  4. Find the application you wish to delete
  5. Click on the Trash icon on the right
  6. Verify you wish to delete your application

The application has now been deleted from your account.
