Personal Information
- On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
- Click Manage Account
- Scroll down to Personal Information
- In the Preferred Name textbox, enter in your preferred name you go by in everyday life
- In the First and Middle Name(s) textbox, enter in your first and middle name
- If you are unable to edit these names that means we have verified you and are unable to edit your information.
- In the Last Name textbox, enter in your last name
- Click Save Personal Info
Phone Number
You may want to add your phone number to better secure your OneFeather account, and/or for the purpose of turning on text (SMS) notifications for certain services. It is important to note your mobile phone number can only be attached to one OneFeather account at a time (it cannot be shared by several accounts).

How to add your mobile phone number
- On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
- Click Manage Account
- Go to the Personal Details subpage
- Scroll down to Mobile Phone Number, click the Add Phone Number text link
- In the Mobile Phone Number text box, enter your phone number
- Click Confirm
- Select how you would like to verify your phone number, click Send Now
- Text (SMS) - We will send you a text to verify your phone number
- Call - We will call you to verify your phone number
- Enter in the verification code into the Verification Code text box
- If you do not receive the code click Resend
- Click Continue
Your phone number has been added to your OneFeather
How to update your mobile phone number
- On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
- Click Manage Account
- Go to the Personal Details subpage
- Scroll down to Mobile Phone Number, click the trash icon to the right of your phone number
- Confirm you want to remove your phone number from your OneFeather account by clicking OK
- If you do not wish to delete your number, click Cancel
- click the Add Phone Number text link
- In the Phone Number text box, enter your phone number
- Click Confirm
- Select how you would like to verify your phone number, click Send Now
- SMS - We will send you a text to verify your phone number
- Call - We will call you to verify your phone number
- Enter in the verification code into the Verification Code text box
- If you do not receive the code click Resend
- Click Continue
Your updated phone number has been added to your OneFeather
How to delete your phone number
- On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
- Click Manage Account
- Go to the Personal Details subpage
- Scroll down to Mobile Phone Number, click the trash icon to the right of your phone number
- Confirm you want to remove your phone number from your OneFeather account by clicking OK
- If you do not wish to delete your number, click Cancel
Your phone number has been deleted from your account.
Can I add a landline as my phone number?
Yes, you can, but there are a few limitations and details you should consider.
Some landline providers support receiving text messages, which are delivered as phone calls with an automated voice message. However, this feature often requires activation by the account holder and may incur additional charges, both for the service and per text message received. We recommend contacting your provider to understand the specifics and potential costs before adding a landline number to your account.
At OneFeather, for all critical notifications, we will continue to send updates to the email address linked with your account, regardless of whether text notifications are enabled.
Troubleshooting: I can't add my phone number because it is already in use by another account, what do I do?
Your phone number can only be attached to one OneFeather account at a time—this is for security purposes. If you believe this is a mistake or your phone number is attached to an account you no longer use or have access tp, please contact our customer service department so we can help.
Addresses
How to add your address
- On the top right of the admin page, click the profile icon
- Click Manage Account
- Scroll down to Home Address, click Add Address
- In the Country dropdown, select if your address is in Canada or USA
- In the Street box, enter your street address
- In the City box, enter your city
- In the Province or State box, enter your province's or state's two-character abbreviation (E.g. British Columbia would be abbreviated to BC)
- In the Postal Code or Zip Code box, enter your postal or zip code.
- If your address is on reserve, check the On Reserve checkbox
- If your home and mailing address is the same, check the My home and mailing addresses are the same checkbox, if not continue to the next step
- Add your mailing address where you get your mail the same as the home address
- Click Save
Your home and mailing address has been added your OneFeather account
How to update your address

- Scroll down to Home Address, click Update Address

How to delete your address
At this time, it is not possible to delete the address that has been added to your account, you may update the address.
