To delete your account and remove your data from our system, please submit a request form to our support team and include your account email address.
Because our services include voting, we will need to confirm your identity before we can delete your account, be prepared to shared evidence of:
- Full Legal Name
- Status/Citizenship Number
- Date of Birth
- Valid government-issued ID card
If you have a OneFeather Pay card attached to your account, you may be asked to provide a photo of your ID: click here to view a list of accepted ID.
Once your account is deleted, your personal information and data will be removed with the exception of any data that is legally required to be retained for a specific service and amount of time (e.g. voting data).
