How to set up mail-in voting, and configure if those requests can be made through OneFeather.

Allow for mail-in voting
- From the Nations app home, click Voting Events in the top navigation
- Select your voting event
- Click the Edit Details button
- In the left-hand navigation, select Mail-in Voting
- Click Mail-in Voting on the left-hand navigation
- In the Mail-in Voting section, check the Allow Mail-in Votes checkbox
Allow voters to request mail-in ballots through the OneFeather Members App
- From the Nations app home, click Voting Events in the top navigation
- Select your voting event
- Click the Edit Details button
- In the left-hand navigation select Mail-in Voting
- Check the Allow Mail-In Ballot Requests checkbox, if you want members to request mail-in ballots via OneFeather
- In the Mail-In Ballot Requests Open dropdowns, select when mail-in ballots can be requested
- In the Mail-In Ballot Requests Close dropdowns, select when the mail-in ballots can no longer be requested. (We suggest setting a closing date a few weeks before an event ends in order to receive ballots from the voter through the mail)
- Click the Save Voting Event button
Disable mail-in ballot voting
- Click Mail-in Voting, on the left-hand navigation
- In the Mail-in Voting section, uncheck allow digital voting checkbox
- Click the Save Voting Event button
Where to view and process mail-in ballot requests from voters
- From the Nations app homepage, click Mail-in Requests
This will show all mail-in ballot requests for all voting events you have access to. - Select the voting event you wish to send mail-in ballots from
- Select the member's last name to see their address
- Once the mail-in ballot request has been mailed out, select the three dots to the right of their request on the mail-in ballot request page, enter the date it was sent in the dropdown, and click Submit.
