Setting up a physical polling station on OneFeather is quick and easy. You will need to enter the name of the station, the location so your voters can find the station, assign an officer, and specify when it will open and close. Any information you enter here will be available for your voters to view on your event's public page.
If your polling station is on reserve and does not have a specific address, feel free to use to street/city/etc. fields to describe the location the best you can so your voters can find it.

How to Setup a Polling Station
- From the Nations app home, click Voting Events in the top navigation.
- Select your voting event.
- Click the Stations tab.
- Under Polling Stations, click Add Location.
- In the Name textbox, enter the name of the polling station.
- In the Street textbox, enter the station's street address. If your location does not have an address, write a description of it's location here.
- In the City textbox, enter the station's city/town/reserve.
- In the Province dropdown, select the station's province.
- In the Postal Code textbox, enter the station's postal or zip code, if applicable.
- In the Assigned Officer dropdown, select the officer to run this station.
*Note* This will be the only officer able to mark voters as having voted on physical polling day. So ensure your polling station officer is correct. - In the Time zone dropdown, select the timezone this station is located in.
- In the Opens At dropdown, select the time and date this station opens.
- In the Closes At dropdown, select the time and date this station closes.
- Click the Create Polling Station button.
Your Polling station has now been added to your voting event! It will now be listed on your event's public page for voters to view once the event is published.
