Review Application

  1. Scroll down to SCIS Photo > review your SCIS photo makes sure that it fits all the requirements set by Indigenous Services Canada.
    1. If it does not fit the requirements click Edit and follow the instructions provided
  2. Scroll down to Personal Info > review the information you provided
    1. If any personal information needs updated click Edit and follow the instructions provided
  3. Scroll down to Contact Info > review your contact information
    1. If any contact information needs updated click Edit and follow the instructions provided
  4. Scroll down to Address Info > review your home and mailing address
    1. If your address needs updated click Edit and follow the instructions provided
  5. Scroll down to Document Photos > review the document type, number, expiry date and that your name on the document is correct
    1. If any document information needs updated click Edit and follow the instructions provided
  6. Scroll down to Name-linking Docs > review your name-linking documents if your name has been changed
    1. If any name-linking information needs updated click Edit and follow the instructions provided
  7. Scroll down to Application Info > review that the reason for SCIS is correct
    1. If any personal information needs updated click Edit and follow the instructions provided

 

Declaration and Signature

Desktop 

  1. Read the declaration
  2. Under the Your Signature section click inside of the box
  3. Once the pop up appears click and move your mouse to sign
    1. Make sure the signature stays inside of the box, if it goes over it may not be accepted by Indigenous Services Canada. - If the signature goes over or you would like to sign again click Clear and Redo
  4. Check the My signature is fully contained and does not extend outside of the box checkbox 
  5. Once happy with your signature click Accept
  6. If you want to sign again click Clear Signature 
  7. Once completed click Confirm and Complete

Mobile

  1. Read the declaration
  2. Rotate your phone onto its side
  3. Under the Your Signature section click inside of the box
  4. Once the pop up appears use your finger to sign your name 
    1. Make sure the signature stays inside of the box, if it goes over it may not be accepted by Indigenous Services Canada - If the signature goes over or you would like to sign again click Clear and Redo
  5. Check the My signature is fully contained and does not extend outside of the box checkbox 
  6. Once happy with your signature click Accept
  7. If you want to sign again click Clear Signature 
  8. Once completed click Confirm and Complete

You will now be able to select your guarantor for your application.
